From the reviews
Update: I kept coming to the gym even after the program! This team is amazing!! Below you can see my before and after pictures. Their 6 weeks challenge is a life changing experience. This is a small gym. Don’t expect it to have anything fancy.
Since i joined premier in November of 2020 til April of 2021 I have lost a total of 95 pounds and managed to keep them off! They will set you up with a diet plan and recommend the classes you need or interest you to reach whatever fitness goal you have. The staff and coaches are amazing and will treat you like family!
I have had the privilege to train at a lot of high quality gyms around the country and Premier Combat Center is right up there with the best gyms in the country. They have classes and coaches for all ages and fitness levels. They really are a family oriented gym offering multiple kids programs and family training.
My 6 year old has been attending classes for 1 year and my 8 year old has been going for two years. The classes are part learning and part having fun and exercising. The environment is clean and fun, this is NOT Fight Club for kids. Having watched my kids for 2 years I decided at 37 to start taking classes and love it.
Your first kickboxing class at Premier Combat Center
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
