Private lessons are one-on-one (or small-group) sessions with an instructor, and they are the fastest way to make progress in kickboxing: every minute is spent on you, so technique gets corrected in real time, questions get answered, and the pace fits exactly where you are. People book privates to build confidence before joining group classes, to fix specific techniques, to train around a schedule that group timetables don't fit, or to prepare for competition.
