I've trained in gyms Across the globe and this is one of the few places i can confidently say it has it all. From world class instruction and intense training, to esthetically beautiful facilities and a great welcoming environment, Truly a place where the only thing you can do is progress and enjoy the process.
Awesome gym! The coaches are legit—super technical, super patient, and somehow super happy while demonstrating how easily we can all be submitted. Every class balances technique, drilling, and rolls perfectly. Clean mats, great energy, and a team that actually makes you look forward to getting submitted :)
I’ve had an incredible experience training at Glory Martial Arts Center! The instructors are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and passionate about teaching. They create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for students of all levels.
New to kickboxing? Start at Glory Martial Arts Center
Glory Martial Arts Center comes up as a beginner-friendly gym — noted on their own site. If you've never thrown a punch or a kick, that's exactly who a good beginners class is for. A few things worth knowing before your first week. First, you don't need to be fit or coordinated to start — you get in shape by training, not before it, and coaches scale every drill to you. Second, you won't be thrown into hard sparring — reputable gyms build the basics (stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads and bags) first, and any contact eases in gradually under a coach's control. Third, all fitness levels really are welcome — ask about a dedicated beginners or fundamentals class time so your first session is alongside others who are also starting out. Most gyms are happy to let you watch or try a class first, so reach out before you commit.
Your first kickboxing class at Glory Martial Arts Center
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
