Women's Kickboxing Classes

Women's kickboxing covers both dedicated women-only classes and gyms that simply work hard to be welcoming, non-intimidating rooms for women, and it draws people for every reason there is — a genuinely fun full-body workout, weight loss and fitness, confidence and community, real self-defense, or serious training. A women's class can make a first step feel far less intimidating, with a room and often a coach who understand what walking in for the first time is like. You do not need any background or athleticism to start, and all levels train together at most gyms.
