From the reviews

I highly recommend the classes here, and the personal training with Stefan Molejo. The classes are fun, effective, and they usually have some focus to them. The trainers are great! They're helpful and encouraging, and make the whole vibe of a class fun. Stefan's personal training is awesome.

★★★★★ — Terence, Jan 2025

I love these classes! Chelsea is really energetic and fun. Keyante helps me with form, is super encouraging and makes sure everyone in the class has the moves down as he models it, guides us and circulates. I also appreciated how he remembered me as I'm new to Title Boxing but he remembered who I was after two classes.

★★★★☆ — Marria, Dec 2024

I went in with no boxing experience, but I learned so much and had such a great time. Meredith was very supportive, encouraging, and nonjudgmental. Although the class was intense, it was amazing. Definitely worth it. :)

★★★★★ — Monika, Mar 2026

This class was great, it was both physical and mental. He had me thinking about my moves and why defense matters.

New to kickboxing? Start at TITLE Boxing Club Chicago South Loop

TITLE Boxing Club Chicago South Loop comes up as a beginner-friendly gym — noted on their own site. If you've never thrown a punch or a kick, that's exactly who a good beginners class is for. A few things worth knowing before your first week. First, you don't need to be fit or coordinated to start — you get in shape by training, not before it, and coaches scale every drill to you. Second, you won't be thrown into hard sparring — reputable gyms build the basics (stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads and bags) first, and any contact eases in gradually under a coach's control. Third, all fitness levels really are welcome — ask about a dedicated beginners or fundamentals class time so your first session is alongside others who are also starting out. Most gyms are happy to let you watch or try a class first, so reach out before you commit.

Your first kickboxing class at TITLE Boxing Club Chicago South Loop

Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.

Kickboxing is a contact sport. Warm up, pace yourself, listen to your coaches, and if you have any injuries or health concerns, mention them before class and check with a doctor if you're unsure.
