From the reviews
Since I joined Fit in 50, my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing! The progress I’ve made in just 7 months has me feeling more energetic, confident and fit than ever! I knew I had to commit and do this for myself, after not having a consistent workout routine for years.
There’s so much to say!! I made a conscious decision to change my life for the better this year and started my journey with FitX50. My first day here went better than I had imagined….
I joined Fitx50 a little over a year ago. I'm addicted to showing up. The facility is great and the team is awesome. The workouts are always changing and provide enough flexibility to let me push as hard as I need to. Entering the last year of my 30s, I am definitely the strongest I've been in a decade.
I love fitX50. I tried everything to get in shape and this is the best for you. Because it is a full body workout circuit so you will never worry about boring routines like when you go to the regular gym. Plus the trainers are well experience and they will push you to the max!!!
Your first kickboxing class at FitX50 Fitness - Lynbrook 50 minutes Group Fitness Training
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
