From the reviews
I recently saw an ad on Instagram promoting a 6 week Transformation Challenge at Ezefit. I’ve driven past the location hundreds of times and never thought twice about it. Man, I wish I thought about it sooner. Being a busy guy in my late 40s, my health had taken a back seat to my job and other commitments.
I never thought I’d say this about a gym, but the workouts at Eze Fit in Brick actually go by fast. The energy is high, the music is 🔥, the trainers are amazing, and they take the time to explain everything so you feel confident doing the exercises.
Eze fit is an amazing place from start to finish. You feel welcomed right away when you walk in and that personal experience is what sets Eze Fit apart from other gyms. The facility is clean, workouts are fun, and coaches are great. There is one coach in particular I have to give a shout out to!
I had found this amazing place on Instagram from someone I follow, and that person is Anthony. I have to say I fell in love with this gym instantly. All top-notch equipment, vibes, music, and the coaches are all outstanding, especially Tyron.
New to kickboxing? Start at Eze Fit Transformation Center (Brick)
Eze Fit Transformation Center (Brick) comes up as a beginner-friendly gym — noted on their own site. If you've never thrown a punch or a kick, that's exactly who a good beginners class is for. A few things worth knowing before your first week. First, you don't need to be fit or coordinated to start — you get in shape by training, not before it, and coaches scale every drill to you. Second, you won't be thrown into hard sparring — reputable gyms build the basics (stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads and bags) first, and any contact eases in gradually under a coach's control. Third, all fitness levels really are welcome — ask about a dedicated beginners or fundamentals class time so your first session is alongside others who are also starting out. Most gyms are happy to let you watch or try a class first, so reach out before you commit.
Your first kickboxing class at Eze Fit Transformation Center (Brick)
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
