“Best prices around and real experience coming straight out of Thailand, Kru Xena is absolutely the best!”
“She's very passionate to what she does, and I guess that's one of the reasons why her one on one training is very affordable, because she's not all about money.”

“So, finding a Muay Thai coach in general seems not the easiest task around these parts.”
From the reviews
I have had a great time training with Kru Xena. I am new to Muay Thai and she has helped me progress quickly in the style. Her training is very traditional, thorough, and intense while also helping me build my fight IQ and knowledge of the style
Only place to learn authentic Muay Thai in the area. Derrick and Xena provide a wealth of knowledge and experience. Their attention to detail and dedication to your training will allow you to fast track your experience. In just a few months of training with them, my fighting skill has increased dramatically.
So, finding a Muay Thai coach in general seems not the easiest task around these parts. Finding one who is very skilled at the sport but also great at teaching and communicating in general and in addition is passionate about the sport - now that’s something else.
Great place to learn traditional Muaythai. Reminds me so much of Thailand. Great coaches. This probably the only place that replicate of how training in Thailand like.
Your first kickboxing class at Carabao Muay Thai, LLC
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
