From the reviews
This place is amazing! I go to all the teen fusion classes and I get really good workouts every time. Every day it’s a different workout with boxing training, usually HIIT circuits or boxing circuits.
UPDATE *** Lily has been attending the evening kids classes two times a week since November. Recently she started taking advantage of the summer program which is two days a week and still attending the evening classes two days a week. She absolutely loves it!!
New Gym with 2 awesome trainers who really take the time to teach technique. The high intensity workout really prepares me to tackle on the rest of my day and stay healthy through my everyday life. This gym offers pad work included with the membership which really brings that one on work with each trainer.
Coach Justyna truly cares about her clients. From fitness to nutrition - she knows her stuff! My 2 girls started training with her last summer and loved it! They felt stronger each day. We're back again and they've really improved in their technique. Justyna is about overall wellness.
Your first kickboxing class at RiseNGrind Boutique Boxing Club
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
