From the reviews
My 5 year old son has been a student here for about 2 months now and absolute loves going to class. He has developed his focus , listening skills, and is loving learning new moves! The instructors are great with the kids , keep them focused on the class and keep it entertaining for everyone !
My son Brayden has been attending Kiefer’s Martial Arts for almost two years, and the growth we’ve seen in him has been truly incredible. His confidence has soared, and he genuinely looks up to the senseis as role models. The dojo has become his safe space — a place where he feels supported, heard, and valued.
I cannot say enough about how great this dojo is. Both of our boys are enrolled in the little ninja classes. Self discipline, focus, respect, hard work, and confidence are among the many skills our kids take home each week. The staff at keifers is phenomenal, working together to help our young ones grow.
My daughter Aurora has been attending this karate school and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is learning real discipline, respect, and strong foundational skills in the art of karate. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly care about the students’ progress.
Your first kickboxing class at Kiefer's Martial Arts
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
