From the reviews
When I first looked for a boxing gym in Las Vegas, I wanted a place that would help my son gain confidence, discipline, and fitness—not just throw punches. Boe Boxing & Fitness has exceeded all my expectations, and Coach Boe (Steve Boe) has been pivotal in his growth.
Coach Boe has been a significant part of my life journey , not just for my aspirations in the sport, but as for my healing too . I came to Coach Boe’s boxing gym as a guy that was new to Vegas with his head hung down … he gave me a safe space to not only train and provide a place for an outlet but I believe God used…
Best gym I've been to in Las Vegas. Have been to about 7 other gyms and I can genuinely say that Boe has the absolute best training program in the city. The personal training is amazing working with all ages and all body types and levels. The boxing training is the very best that I've seen.
My grandson Robbie absolutely loves boxing at Boe Boxing! He’s 13, so he doesn’t always know how to put things into words 😅 — but I can see the difference in him every single week. His confidence has grown so much, his endurance and strength keep improving, and he’s truly found something he enjoys.
Your first kickboxing class at BOE BOXING & FITNESS
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
