From the reviews
I was training with Terry and from the second we got on the phone to talk about my goals and the structure of his teaching I knew it would be a perfect fit. He is very passionate about helping people out, you can tell he does it from his heart not with the intent of just taking your money.
Terry is an exceptional trainer. I’ve only been training with him for a couple of months and I already see positive progress. He is very attentive to my weight gain goals and provides a great atmosphere for training. Terry is very professional and provides stellar individualized programs including nutrition.
Mom to 3 little ones. Haven't worked out in quite a while. Working with Terry for about 2 months now and have seen a heck of a transformation. He takes boxing/kickboxing fitness to the NEXT LEVEL. Takes the time to teach the foundation of boxing techniques.

Your first kickboxing class at T.lee’s Fitness & Kickboxing
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
