From the reviews
Trying new gyms can be so intimidating, especially as a female (let’s be honest). The best thing about this gym is it’s female only which immediately opens up an atmosphere where you can be yourself and figure out YOUR specific fitness goals!!
Currently enrolled in their 6 week challenge. What a game changer!!!! I couldn't be more proud to be included as a legend. My self esteem has skyrocketed. I have energy and mental clarity to get through my days at work and also my evenings with my 3 amazing sons. This program has given me my life back.
I joined 4 months ago after trying another gym that I hated and didn’t feel like it was right for me , the moment I walked into I love kickboxing I felt so welcomed . The coaches are amazing and very supportive. The whole gym in it self feels like a family and everyone there helps boost eachother up ..
Derived from an individual who, throughout her life, has felt shame when entering a gym, I just have to tell you that every part of ILoveKickboxing Largo has changed that feeling for me. This establishment has greatly benefited me and my self-assurance. This is the best I have felt in years.
Your first kickboxing class at iLoveKickboxing - Largo, FL
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
