The classes they run
“It’s a very welcoming space—people even bring their kids, and there are dedicated kids’ training sessions (even if you won’t find much info about it online).”
“They offer both one-on-one sessions and group classes, with a mix of cardio, bootcamp, weight training, and kick boxing—and none of it is easy (in the best way).”

GWay Fitness: A Game-Changer for Our Family Joining GWay Fitness has been one of the best decisions for me and my 12-year-old daughter. Under the guidance of Grisha Todorov, a former World Kickboxing Champion, we've both seen incredible transformations--not just physically, but mentally too.
I’ve been training at Gway for a while now, and it’s truly one of those hidden gems. They offer both one-on-one sessions and group classes, with a mix of cardio, bootcamp, weight training, and kick boxing—and none of it is easy (in the best way). You will be challenged and pushed beyond what you think your limits are.
Gway is BY FAR the best kickboxing place in LA!!!!! If you are looking for an amazing workout, in a very loving atmosphere that is FUN, challenging, exhilarating, and will give you the FITNESS RESULTS you always DREAMED of.. this is the place for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been going to G Way for about 7 months, and it’s been an amazing experience. Grisha, the head coach, is a true professional and genuinely cares about everyone he trains. The workout programs from weight training to kickboxing are next level. I always leave feeling strong, accomplished, and energized.
Your first kickboxing class at G-Way Fitness
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
