From the reviews
Highly recommend. We are from OH and called ahead to see if we could do a drop-in as a guest while staying in Dallas. Could not have been treated better. There were four coaches for 16 students which allowed for a great deal of instruction, help and personal interaction.
My son has been coming to this gym for a little over a year now. They have a great program from the kiddos all the way through the adult classes. It has far exceeded expectations! His confidence has grown tremendously in all aspects. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!!
I started my son here not for the reason that most ppl probably do but we have been going for 6 months and my son absolutely loves it! He is 7 and all of the instructors are great with the kids. It's amazing how much he has learned and how much stronger he has gotten in just that short period of time.
2025 update: my son is now 7 and has done several tournaments with Coach Quaint. I can’t say enough about the quality of coaching and energy all the coaches brings for my kids. I can’t recommend them highly enough!! 2024: My 5 year old son has been coming for 4+ months now. The coach to student ratio is great.
Your first kickboxing class at Wolfpack Mixed Martial Arts
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
