From the reviews
My son has attended this studio for 3 years. His progress over that time is remarkable thanks to the owner and instructors. The staff treats you like family and is genuinely concerned for our kids and their physical and mental development. So grateful for PMA Raynham!
My son and I have been coming here for years. He started in the kids class and worked his way up to the adult class, then I joined. I have truly enjoyed this experience with him and it has gotten me into better physical shape, I'm on pace to go for my black belt this summer.
Premier Martial Arts Raynham is amazing. My son was getting bullied at school and we wanted him to be able to defend himself. He tried the class and instantly fell in love with it. He has gained so much more confidence in himself. The staff is amazing and great with the kids. I would suggest PMA Raynham to everyone!
Wonderful place, our grandsons love it! I want to update this review. It has been 2 years now and I can't begin to say how grateful we are for the care and instruction our grandson has received from Premier Martial Arts in Raynham. His confidence is blooming and he has become more social with his peers.
Your first kickboxing class at Premier Martial Arts
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
