From the reviews
4 of us (3 of my kids and myself) are enrolled at this training center. My son (8) started first, he liked it very much, he kept asking me to join, his persistence paid off and I joined. The other 2 kids (6 years old) wanted to join this train and finally jumped on it. The good about this school are : 1.
The instructors have been amazing. Very knowledgeable, very supportive, very caring and over all, just very good human beings. My wife joined Fit & Kick a few months ago.
My children attend the Taekwondo classes here and we are very satisfied with the progress, professionalism and communication. Instructors are very nice and helpful and will go the extra mile to help your child. We like it here and would highly recommend this class.
I started doing Taekwondo over 2 years ago, never expecting to come this far. Martial arts require a great commitment, physical stability and endurance. You can't just play with it 2 months and let it go. And I believe instructors play a big part on this commitment.
Your first kickboxing class at Fit & Kick - ITF Taekwondo & KickBoxing
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
