Salam Alaykoum all of you people ! When I went to Results Martial Arts in Chelsea, it was soo very hardworking. I like it because my first day was little bit hard because I didn’t even train like months since like the end of summer like in August. When I arrived in Results, I didn’t do like split or something.
It’s a good place for kids my child learn how he built apersonality. He had a good friends respect. The coach is very, very good and nice guy. He teach the kid specially boy how be men’s. No bad words or bad talking teaches them.
My daughter just started about a month now ago and she and I both love the classes. She is learning so much. Kickboxing, martial arts, how to be respectful and have discipline. The master is great and I’m so glad I found this place. I recommend anyone looking for a martial arts or kickboxing studio to come and sign up.
One of my favorite places . I've being training with master Mazen for 2 years already and I have learned so much not only kick boxing but also more about myself.. Is a place where you get stronger mentaly and physically.
Your first kickboxing class at WORLD CHAMPION KICK BOXING ACADEMY
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
