From the reviews
Jason's fitness is undoubtedly the best gym I have ever had the pleasure of being a member of. I moved to Mobile with no family and I can honestly say that I found one at this club. Not only are the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they are also very friendly.
Jason's in Foley is absolutely the best fitness club! I moved to the area and could not have been happier when I came across this facility! I love that they have everything and even if your not a member you can still hit the gym for the day.
I just started going here, I live close by, usually go to planet fitness. This gym was amazing. I don't want to spoil it for you, but their machines are awesome. I actually can tell a huge difference in the workouts due to this air cinoressor weight adjustment system they have on most the weights.
Jason's fitness is unquestionably the best fitness center in Baldwin County. It has everything you need for developing and maintaining great overall health. 24 hour access to the workout room, basketball court, sauna && cardio area make it impossible for any member to make excuses.
Your first kickboxing class at The Gym of Foley
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
