From the reviews
I went here for a month before moving and joining the Marines. They read a few Bible pages at the start of each day for a few minutes and pray for everyone and the coaches are wise and experienced!! Much better than any "Professional" boxing gyms I have been to. They have weights, dumbells squat racks and bench as well.
$20/month unlimited classes! Great trainers work with you during class upon request for no extra charge. Supports veterans charity. Hosts amateur boxing fights some Saturdays. You get out of it what you put in
Great vibe, very welcoming!!! 530pm to 9pm open time is great! They have workout classes, big gym, multiple bags and workout stations. Getting back to shape will be no problem or get in to shape.
Oh dang, I went to the right boxing club. I have only been here for like 2 months and I already see some progress for myself. They push everyone to their limit, 100% recommended here if you want you, or your kids to learn self defense. Keep it up AOA Boxing🔥🔥🔥
Your first kickboxing class at AOA Boxing
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
