From the reviews
Through out all of my experience in coaches and the martial arts realm from Fresno to Southern California, Coach Sean is the absolute best experience for the name of the game. That name being fitness, training, and fighting in the ring. If I had to choose between the Bellator fighters I've trained with and the coaches.
Friendly gym. Makes you feel like family. Good for everyone. Coach Sean takes time with student to teach valuable skills. Beside Muaythai there is MMA class, jujitsu class and wrestling classes. That really helps you to learn skills that you can actually use on self defense.
I’m so glad I found 3 Kings Muay Thai. As a total beginner, I was nervous to try something new, but the gym is super welcoming and down-to-earth. Coach Sean and the whole community create an environment where it’s okay to be new, make mistakes, and learn at your own pace.
Just recently started coming to this gym. I have a lot to learn but went in with absolutely no formal training and it is A very welcoming experience. Sean Moore is the head coach and is hands down an awesome teacher and person all around.
Your first kickboxing class at 3 Kings Muaythai
Nervous about walking into a kickboxing gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling the basics — stance, footwork, and punches and kicks on pads or a heavy bag — not hard sparring. Go at your own pace and rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: comfortable athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, and supportive trainers. What to bring: water, and hand wraps and gloves if you have them — many gyms lend loaner gloves for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gloves and wraps (and shin guards once you start sparring). Sparring is optional and eases in gradually, once your basics are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
